Now, for a little about our team:

	Michele B: New Patient Care and Public Relations Director Michele began her career in dentistry with us in 1980, and has been here ever since, we are proud to admit. She is in charge of new patient care, financial treatment planning, scheduling of patient care and public relations. She particularly enjoys seeing fearful patients become trusting patients, as well as those who receive a smile transformation and become overjoyed with their beautiful smile due to the chair side manner and skill of Dr. Rasner. Michele always strives to go the extra mile to ensure patient satisfaction. She attended the American Institute of Banking and Harkum Junior College where she received her CDA in dental assisting. She also accompanied Dr. Rasner over the past years with his ‘Realizing the Dream' program as a consultant in dental practice management. Michele is married and has three children, Joel, Lauren and Kevin.
	Ashley C, CDA: Dental Assistant Ashley is Dr. Lipski's primary dental assistant. Patients love her outgoing personality. She loves meeting patients and getting to know them. She has an extremely warm sense of caring for the comfort of our patients and has an outstanding talent for calming our patients' fears. Ashley is also very proficient at and enjoys making temporary crowns. She works in our dental laboratory maintaining and managing our patients' dental cases. She enjoys working with progressive team and continues to improve her dental assisting skills. Ashley and her fiancè Kris live in Upper Deerfield with their two children, Kris Jr. and Madison.
	Julie C: Sterilization Specialist Julie has been in the dental field since 1984 and has been in our practice for nine years. She is in charge of sterilization making sure all the instruments are clean and sterile making sure everything is prepared in our dental operatories. She loves working with her team members, pitching in however she can. Julie says that Dr. Rasner is really a great boss. Julie looks forward to meeting patients and enjoys talking with them. She is a graduate of Bridgeton high School. She likes to go out with friends on weekends but she really loves staying home and spending time with her son, Daniel.
	Sasha C, CDA/RDA: Dental Assistant
	Crystal D: Patient Care Coordinator Crystal is our front desk specialist, waiting to greet patients to our office. She also keeps close tabs on the office to make sure everything is running smoothly. Patients love her friendly personality. She loves interacting with patients. She has joined our team three years ago and enjoys working with other team members. Crystal graduated from Cumberland County Vo-Tech with a degree in dental assisting, and has worked as a dental assistant prior to joining our team. Crystal has one child and lives in Bridgton.
	Chong-A D: Practice Administrator/General Manager Chong-A is dedicated in managing all aspects of dental administration as efficiently as possible. She consistently provides outstanding service to patients and their families. She has worked over thirteen years in dental field, and has more than twenty four years of management experience. She is always searching for new ways to improve her skills and takes several continuing education classes every year. Chong-A is happily married to a wonderful husband with two beautiful children. She enjoys spending quality time with her family in addition to paying tennis, basketball and volleyball. She loves to knit and crochet gifts for her friends and family.
	Sue E: Dental Assistant
	Beth G, CDA/RDA: Dental Assistant She is a graduate of Camden County Technical School for Dental Assisting and has earned her CDA, RDA and LRTD License. She has many different responsibilities working for Dr. Rasner. Beth is in charge of all lab cases for the office and responsible for patient flow making sure that our patients are seen on time. What Beth loves most working for Dr. Rasner is assisting him with surgeries. There is no better feeling than witnessing patients look at their new beautiful smile and light up with joy. Beth loves being a part of changing patient’s life.
	Amber K, CDA: Dental Assistant Amber has been with us since 1998, assisting him with cosmetic cases. She is a graduate of Cumberland County Tech Ed Center. Amber is known for her caring nature, gentleness, sweetness, competence and confidence. Amber enjoys making temporaries, assisting Dr. Rasner with dental implants and making patients happy. Amber is married to Bill and they have three children, Eli, Aidan and Asher.
	Melissa K, RDH: Dental Hygienist Melissa began her dental career in 1995 working for Dr. Rasner as an administrative assistant. She went on to dental hygiene school and graduated from Harcum College with an Associates Degree in Science and Dental Hygiene. Melissa is committed to providing superior, gentle care to her patients utilizing her experience in pediatric, periodontic and cosmetic dentistry. She grew up in Cumberland County and now resides in Pitman with her husband and daughter. Melissa enjoys spending time with her family.
	Valerie M, RDH: Dental Hygienist Valerie has been at our dental practice since 1995 shortly after graduating with a dental assisting degree from Camden County College. She was Dr. Rasner's dental assistant for five years before completing the dental hygiene program and receiving an Associate in Applied Science degree from the Community College of Philadelphia. Valerie has been working as a dental hygienist in our office since 2000. After completing the local anesthesia course at Jersey Shore University Medical Center, in affiliation with the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine in 2009, Valerie became one of the first hygienist licensed in New Jersey to administer local anesthesia. She is also certified in Nitrous Oxide Sedation and CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer and Healthcare Provider. Valerie's work day consists of performing dental cleanings, x-rays, periodontal care, sealants, fluoride treatments and whitening procedures as well as administering local anesthesia and nitrous oxide. She especially enjoys working on patients who are afraid of the dentist because her goal is to provide them with an extra gentle cleaning so patients will return without any fear. Valerie loves taking care patients and getting to know them. Patients usually compliment her on how gentle she is. Patients also notice that she is always smiling and friendly. Valerie is married and has two children.
	Stephanie M: Patient Care Coordinator Stephanie is our Front Desk specialist, waiting to greet patients to our Vineland office. She has been in the dental field for fifteen years. She joined our team in April of 2009. Stephanie resides in Franklinville with her husband George and their three sons, Nicholas, Jacob and Adam.
	Carol M: Patient File Specialist
	Jen N: Insurance/Administrative Assistant Jennifer has worked in medical field for over fifteen years. She is a dedicated worker always willing to take on new responsibilities. Jennifer takes pride in giving her best no matter what the task is. She loves working for Dr. Rasner because of the unlimited growth potential within the company. Jennifer's philosophy on life is to "live life now not later!" She is married to husband Mike and have three beautiful children together.
	Heather P, RDH: Dental Hygienist Heather is a dental hygienist proud to be part of Dr. Rasner's professional team. She became a full time addition in 2009 when our practice expanded and opened second office in Vineland. Heather grew up in Mullica Hill, graduated from Clearview Regional High School. She obtained an Associated Degree in Applied Science then accepted and attended the select hygiene program at Camden County College. Heather began her dental career while in high school as a clerical assistant for an Oral Surgeon. To expand her knowledge in the field, she also worked as an orthodontic assistant while in college. Once licensed, she continued to explore all avenues dentistry has to offer and specialized as a pediatric hygienist in West Chester, PA. With over ten years experience in General Practice, Heather loves what she does for a living and devotes individualize, friendly prevention to all patients under her care. She educates patients to understand how to keep all of their natural teeth for a lifetime, promoting optimal oral and overall health. Heather fills her time away from the office with numerous hobbies. From the beach to the mountains, she loves the outdoors and all the adventure life has to offer. Her outlook on life is as refreshing as the sunshine. She believes if you have your family and your health - you should be smiling.
	Gail S: Comptroller Gail joined our practice in 1999 shortly after receiving her BA in Mathematics from Rhode Island College. Once aboard, she quickly established herself as our comptroller. She says she enjoys the challenges presented by our large and vibrant practice. She in charge of our accounting department managing, monitoring and maintaining all finance matters. She is proficient in the use of computer based accounting system and other computer applications. Gail is native of Rhode Island. She lives with her husband, Frank and two cats in Pittsgrove. An ardent gardener, she has been known to keep the office supplied with strawberries and an abundance of vegetables in season.
	Barbara T: Hygiene Coordinator/Administrative Assistant Barbara has been working in the dental field for twelve years and has been with our practice for three years. As our hygiene director, Barbara maintains the hygiene schedule. She assists our New Patient Care Director, Michele, with daily operations of the office. She graduated from Camden County College with a degree in dental assisting and has taken business classes at Wolfe Institute. Barbara resides in her hometown of Mantua with her husband Brian and son Darius.
	Susan W, CDA/RDA: Clinical Manager Susan has been with us since 1993 as our dental assistant. As Dr. Rasner's head assistant, she has been assisting and doing provisional constructions. Patients appreciate her ability to create a beautiful smile, her patience and the quality time she spends with them. She particularly enjoys providing patients with self-confidence resulting from a beautiful smile which was lost before being treated by Dr. Rasner. Susan has been in the dental field since 1977 working in quality Center City practices. She is a graduate of Gloucester County Technical Institute. Susan is married to Bruce and together they have three children, Keith, Daniel and Elizabeth.
