With a dedication to providing only the best techniques and services to his patients, Dr. Steven Rasner is in the top one percent of dentists in the country. He has achieved Mastership status at the Academy of General Dentistry, an award given to member dentists who have taken more than 1,100 hours of continuing education and have studied 16 disciplines, such as cosmetic dentistry, periodontics, orthodontics, occlusion, and implants. Only about 1,000 dentists in the entire country and only a handful in the entire state of New Jersey have achieved this difficult Mastership status, meaning they are in the top one percent of their profession. Dr. Rasner was also elected to be listed in the 2007 Who’s Who Top Dentist in America.

Patients who haven't seen a dentist in years because of long-held fears of pain find relief after seeing Dr. Steven Rasner, a dentist with a knack for calming the most phobic patients. Dr. Rasner can safely sedate patients who have avoided going to the dentist for too long. After earning his bachelor's in psychology from Rutger's College, Dr. Steven Rasner graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 1980.  He received his Mastership from the Academy of General Dentistry in 1997 and completed the written portion for the AGD Board Certification in 1998.
Board certification by the American Board of General Dentistry signifies the pinnacle of achievement in general dentistry and is an individual credential beyond any other in general dentistry. Board certification demonstrates Dr. Rasner's ongoing commitment to excellence, as well as his dedication and perseverance. Only a select handful of general dentists have achieved this status because it recognizes great ability, knowledge, pride, and accomplishment in the complex area of general dentistry.
Dr. Rasner is a member of the American Dental Association, Academy of Periodontology, Academy of General Dentistry, American College of Implantology, International Congress of Oral Implantologist, and the International Academy for Facial Esthetics.

Educator: Realizing The Dream
In 1998, Dr. Rasner founded Realizing the Dream, a collection of professional practice tools, including speaker's services, books, in-office training tapes, videos, and practice management products. Predicated on the protocols and philosophy of his 25 years in practice, these easy-to-implement concepts and products enable new and seasoned practitioners of elective healthcare services to realize their dream of professional and financial fulfillment. Speaking with a passionate, original, and rapid-fire delivery, Dr. Rasner challenges, inspires, and shares the same principles and practices that he used to build one of the most respected models of success in the country.
Dr. Rasner has now lectured is 37 states and 4 countries. He has also been chosen as one of the 2005, 2006 and 2007 Top 100 Clinical Educator by the dental publication Dentistry Today.
