Frank Bruno, DMD
Dr. Bruno treats all endodontic cases painlessly and with a smile. He has been in the dental field since 1990 and at our dental practice since 1992. He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania Dental School with a dental degree in 1990 and completed his endodontic residency in 1992. Dr. Bruno enjoys having the opportunity to meet so many different people on a daily basis and the chance to show them that root canal therapy is a painless procedure. He tries to make people laugh and lighten the load most bring to his chair on their first visit. He is recently married and resides in Jenkintown, Pennsylvania with his wife Colette and their 115-pound Golden Retriever, Teddy.

Barbara Lipski , DDS
Dr. Lipski received her bachelor's in nursing from Towson State University and worked at Johns Hopkins Hospital. She graduated in 1988 from the University of Maryland Dental School. Dr. Lipski completed her general practice residency in 1988 from VA Medical Center in Philadelphia in 1989 and joined Dr. Rasner the same year. She enjoys providing the best dentistry possible, as well as the people and their personalities. Patients comment on her painless injections and notice how caring, friendly, and personable she is. She and her husband have two daughters and reside in Cape May County.

Donica I, RDH: Dental Hygienist
Donica is our dental hygienist who is responsible for cleanings, x-rays, fluoride treatments, and sealants. Having been in the dental field since 1991 and in our practice since 1998, Donica loves getting to know patients. She loves to talk, and patients often thank her for being so personable and gentle. Donica received her associates degree in applied science, her one-year dental assisting certificate and her two-year clinical hygiene registration from Camden County College. She grew up in the Elmer area and now lives in Allowway with her two dogs, Pasta, a Jack Russell Terrier, and Pinot, a Miniature Rat Terrier.

Arleen G, RDH: Dental Hygienist
As our dental hygienist, Arleen performs cleanings, x-rays, periodontal screening and treatment, whitening, sealants and fluoride treatments. She has been in the dental field since 1980 and has rejoined our practice in 2004. She loves working with people, especially children. As a complete team player, she is recognized by patients for her experience, confidence and thoroughness. At Temple University Dental School, she did her clinical training as a dental assistant and received her dental hygiene degree from Camden County College. Since 1984, she has worked as a dental hygienist in periodontal and general dental offices. She is married to Bob, and together they have two children, Nicole, a law school student at UCLA, and Bob, Jr., an engineering student at the University of Pittsburgh. The only one left at home is their Boxer Genna.

Valerie M, RDH: Dental Hygienist
Valerie has been at our dental practice since 1995, shortly after graduating with a dental assisting degree from Camden County College. She was Dr. Rasner's dental assistant for five years, and then returned to school to complete the dental hygienist program and receive her Associates in Applied Science from the Community College of Philadelphia. She has been working as a dental hygienist in our office since 2000. Valerie performs dental cleanings, x-rays, periodontal care, sealants, fluoride treatments, and creates impressions for whitening procedures. She enjoys working on people who are afraid of the dentist. After a gentle cleaning, they come back without any fear. She loves working on children and adults, getting to know them personally. Patients usually compliment her on how gentle she is and they also notice that she is always smiling and friendly. Valerie is married and has a daughter.

Susan W, CDA-RDA: Dental Assistant
Susan has been with us since 1993 as our dental assistant, assisting and doing provisional constructions. Patients appreciate her ability to create a beautiful smile, her patience and the quality time she spends with them. She particularly enjoys providing patients with a beautiful smile and self-confidence, which was lost before being treated by Dr. Rasner. She has been in the dental field since 1977, working in quality center city practices. She is a graduate of Gloucester County Tech Institute, and she is married to Bruce and together they have three children, Keith, Daniel, and Elizabeth.

Amber K, CDA:  Dental Assistant
Amber has been with Dr. Rasner since 1998, assisting him with sending out repairs and making temporaries. She is a graduate of Cumberland County Tech Ed Center and is known for her caring nature, gentleness, sweetness, competence, and confidence. Amber enjoys making temporaries, helping the doctor with implants, and making patients happy. Amber is married to Bill, and they have two children, Eli and Aidan.

Julie C: Sterilization
Julie has been in the dental field since 1984 and has been in our practice in charge of sterilization since 2002, sterilizing instruments and making sure everything is prepared in our dental operatories. She loves working with all the other staff, pitching in however she can, and she enjoys meeting and talking to patients. They often give her compliments on her red hair and southern accent. A graduate of Bridgeton High School, Julie worked as a dental assistant for 18 years. She lives in Bridgeton with her son Daniel.

Margaret (Peggy) S: Sterilization Assistant
Margaret sterilizes all rooms and instruments and surgical supplies. She assists Dr. Rasner and other coworkers in setting up rooms for patients, for specific needs as they arise. She makes sure all supplies are kept up and stocked in rooms and carts, and she does the weekly and monthly processor cleaning and maintenance, ensuring everything is clean, sterile and secure.

Margaret has been in the dental field since 1996 and in our office since 2002. She enjoys working with people and being part of a team that strives for perfection in dental care. She appreciates and enjoys the attention to detail and cleanliness along with keeping things organized. She enjoys learning new things every day and doing all the advances in the dental field while working in such a progressive practice.

Margaret is happy to be working for a dentist so well respected by his patients and peers. She values the work she does in contributing to the team. Peggy has received her x-ray license at Camden County College. She is a graduate of Lower Merion High School and currently residents in North Brookfield with her husband, son and two stepdaughters.

Nicola A: Insurance Administrator
As our insurance administrator, Nicola handles all aspects of insurance claims and patient billing. She interacts daily with numerous insurance companies regarding outstanding claims and benefits. Many of our new patients are unaware of which company they are insured with or the type of benefits available to them. Nicola helps Dr. Rasner's patients by contacting the appropriate carrier and retrieving that information before their visits. Advances in the dental field have brought so many changes to insurance contracts that patients find it difficult to keep up with all the new rules. When patients thank Nicola for helping them with a confusing bill or insurance denial, it makes her job well worth it.

Nicola has been in the dental field since 1994 and has been with Dr. Rasner since 1998. She grew up in Buena, New Jersey, and now resides in Gloucester County.

Audrey Russell:  Lecture Coordinator
Audrey is the lecture coordinator of Dr. Rasner's "Realizing the Dream" program series. She negotiates contracts between Dr. Rasner and associations, creates Power Point presentations, markets prospective lectures, and sells training tools. She has been in the dental field since 1987 and has been with Dr. Rasner since 2002. Her background includes office administration, financial coordinator, and a consultant in practice management. She has taken continuing education courses in sales, customer relations, and dental practice management.

She enjoys the intrigue of dentistry, the compassion among dental professionals to learn and achieve the intended accomplishment, and the smiles of gratitude. Colleagues notice her professionalism, compassion about work, confidence and sincerity. Audrey is married with three children and resides outside of the Princeton area.

Michele C: Office Administrator
Michele began her career in dentistry with us in 1980, and has been here ever since, we are proud to admit. She is in charge of financial treatment planning, scheduling of patient care and public relations. She particularly enjoys seeing fearful patients become trusting patients, as well as those who receive a smile transformation and become overjoyed with their beautiful smile due to the chair side manner and skill of Dr. Rasner. Michele always strives to go the extra mile to ensure patient satisfaction. She attended the American Institute of Banking and Harkum Jr. College, where she received her CDA in dental assisting. She also accompanied Dr. Rasner over the past years with his Realizing the Dream program as a consultant in dental practice management. Michele has three children, Joel, Lauren and Kevin.

Barbara T: Hygiene Coordinator/ Administrative Assistant
Barbara has been working in the dental field for 10 years and has been with our practice for a year. As our hygiene coordinator Barbara maintains the hygiene schedule and assists our new patient coordinator, Michele, with daily operations of the office. Barbara graduated from Camden College with a degree in dental assisting and has taken business classes at Wolfe Institute. Barbara resides in her hometown of Mantua with her husband Brian and son Darius.

Crystal D: Receptionist
Crystal is our front desk receptionist, waiting to greet patients to our office. Crystal also keeps close tabs on the office to make sure everything is running smoothly. Patients love her friendly personality and Crystal loves interacting with them. Crystal graduated from Cumberland County Vo-Tech with a degree in dental assisting, and has worked as a dental assistant as well as a front desk receptionist before joining our team. Crystal has one child and lives in Bridgeton.

Ashley C: Dental Assistant
Ashley works in our lab doing tasks such as making whitening trays, case models, and maintains logs for patient cases. She also assists the doctors and other staff, helping out wherever needed. Patients love Ashley’s out-going personality and she loves meeting patients and getting to know them. She has also enjoyed the opportunity to grow as a dental assistant working with such a progressive team. Ashley and her fiancé Kris live in Upper Deerfield with their 2 children, Kris Jr. and Madison.
